As the editor of world's largest triathlon magazine, I should probably know a thing or two about sport, health, and overall well-being. While I won't completely denounce my credibility, I will let you in on a little secret: I'm an idiot. I'm the type of person who'll try anything at least once, regardless of dangers that may be associated with it. Whether it be the latest diet craze, the newest piece of "high-tech" equipment, or some absurd training method, I'm the guinea pig for the job.
